Shu, as she is called by many, was so much more than a health and wellness coach. She became a life coach!! Shu will evaluate how stress in your personal and professional life can impact your health, and then offer solutions and guidance for improving your life. Shu focuses on small attainable weekly goals to help you achieve your overall goals. She is there every step of the way to answer questions and to help keep you on track. Shu is a motivator, a true professional and a very dear friend!! I highly recommend her to anyone looking to be healthier in body, in mind and in life!!

I, along with several other ladies and gentlemen, did a 5-day detox program with Shulanda!! This was a great experience. Shu provided us with recipes for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. Shu stressed the importance of planning ahead and she was so right – it made all the difference in the world!! The detox really worked – it helped cleanse your system, made your body feel so much better because of healthy cooking and eating and yes we even lost a few pounds!! I really enjoyed the detox because you get to see (and not just hear from others) how healthy eating and exercise can help improve your quality of life!! I can’t wait to do the detox again!!

We were able to ask questions as well. We were provided a handbook which contained materials explaining what a detox was, what to eat during the detox, and how our bodies should react to the detox. The handbook also contains guidelines and a daily protocol (what foods to avoid and suggested alternatives). There a list of foods to enjoy, a daily checklist to help track what you do, and great recipes for breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack and smoothies. For the times we eat out, there is an eating out guide. I found the detox a benefit to my health. There are a few recipes I still use even when I am not detoxing.
